Unfortunately, any cancellations or amendments cannot be made between placing your order and receiving your parcel; this includes address changes and adding or removing lines.

Once you have received your order and wish to return for a refund, please see the returns policy.

We endeavour to process returns as soon as possible, it can take up to 7 days when we are very busy.

Making an order with DJPetShop.co.uk is very simple, just find the products you would like to order using either the search bar or by using the navigation bar at the top. Add the products to your cart, and then checkout!

Length: measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail to find length.

Chest: measure the widest part around your dog's chest behind the front legs.

Neck: measure around the neck, where a collar would normally sit.
